Refund Policy

This policy explains the working refund and cancellation rules for PreciselyMaybe commercial purchases. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for transactions it processes, and mandatory consumer rights always prevail where applicable.

1. Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the billing flow or customer portal when available. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the already-paid period.

2. One-off analyses and credit packs

Refund eligibility for one-off analyses and credit packs depends on the transaction status, use already made of the purchased benefit, Paddle's buyer and refund terms, and applicable mandatory law. A completed refund may remove unused credits, unused units or the product benefit associated with that transaction.

3. How refunds are processed

For purchases processed by Paddle, refund requests and approved refunds are handled through Paddle's billing system. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. PreciselyMaybe does not ask customers to send card or bank credentials to the product support team.

4. Chargebacks and reversals

A chargeback, reversal or refunded transaction may suspend or revoke the related paid entitlement while the financial event is being resolved. The system is designed not to create a negative credit balance solely because part of a credit pack was already consumed; such cases may require manual review.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund or consumer rights that apply to a specific buyer or transaction. Where Paddle's checkout terms or mandatory law provide greater rights, those rules control.

Questions

For product questions, use the support or contact channel available in your PreciselyMaybe account when eligible. For a transaction processed by Paddle, the buyer may also use Paddle's buyer-support and transaction-management channels.
